Ronald Weinland, you should read Matthew 9:13

"Go and learn what this means, 'I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.' For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners."

FINALLY, a Prophecy That Is True

Ronald Weinland, author and prophet and now a self appointed apostle as well, made a prophetic statement today:

"Many of you here today are not going to be here in a year"
--I predict that this one will be his only true prophecy.

I'll agree with that one. Who could stand his babbling and stay in his congregation for more than a year? (I knew what he was the first time I heard him speak.)

I won"t however agree with these ones:

The PKG is the ONLY place God is working. and You do not have the right to question Ron.

So for those of you who will not be under Ron's spell a year from now....I applaud you for escaping the deceptions of a con artist. And I am saddened by those who will leave and resort to atheism. Those who lose their faith are the triumph of Ron's work. His only purpose in this world is to discredit the gospel of Jesus Christ. I guess I am not really saddened, because the Word says Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy. I am no longer concerned with what other people do. History has proven to me that no amount of counselling will change the minds of some people, because most people are going to do what they want anyway.

The saints obediantly gave their lives to make sure the gospel was recorded. And God has made the words that came out of the mouth of Jesus endure to this day. There is no reason for any man to be required to proclaim the gospel to the whole world......because it has already been done. A bible can be found almost anywhere. Anyone who requires money of you to preach the gospel is most likely a liar and a thief. It really is that simple.

Ever heard of the eleventh commandment? That is all you really need to know. Be a good person. It's that simple.

The only reason Ron got rid of the tradition of sermonettes is because he didn't want anyone reading the gospel out loud, in it's entirety, and without interuptions of interpretation. I wonder what reward Ron will recieve? You can only spend your money in this world.

Ron is truly a terrible speaker. He gives the same sermon every week..."amazing," "incredible."

He may inspire some to find the less literal meaning in it all or to at least understand the history of the Bible, to whom it was written and why as a different way to be comforted by the Bible than the literalist one he presents and fails so badly in.

I certainly hope this prophecy comes true.

I'm dumbfounded at how terrible a speaker he is.

Mike

This will be the only true prophecy that ever comes out of his unholy mouth.

It's conceivable to me that over the next year he'll lose quite a few of the newer members who joined since 2007. If it appears the IRS is close to making a case on him at that point, I don't see any reason he'd stick around.

Time will tell. No one knows what goes on in his mind. One thing is for sure, even if he does go to jail for a little while and loses most of his followers, the wife can keep depositing the checks of the faithful. He will have lots of time on his hands to write sermons for the ones who will speak every incarcerated sabbath.

I'm sure the house and cars are already paid for. Any revenue trickling in would be a bonus.

And while Bozo is in jail there could still be only 30 or so tithers. 30 x $2 grand is a nice salary for anyone. Half of that spent on google ads would bring in a couple more recruits a month. What a racket!

The return on google ads has better odds than Vegas.

Don't forget about the criminal fines if convicted. On top of that would be payment of back taxes and a substantial civil penalty.

When did he lose the moniker ILFPRW? That sums him up!

jack635 said...

He'll always have that moniker. Perhaps we should add Criminally to it.

CILFPRW

As for the IRS penalties and fines, Prophetess Laura could take up a special new feast offering. FOTPR...feast of the persecution relief.

Can't agree with your disappointment of X-COG'ers turning to atheism. After all, wasn't the whole point of getting out that nothing could be proved? I don't see where any other christian church has cornered the market on provable truth either.

It's somewhat scary at first, but it's a clearer, brighter place to discover that your fate and future are in your own hands, and not in some etherial being's.

I don't know what happens after death and, sadly, you don't either. You just think you do.

But we will all find out, eventually.

I understand some of you are angry with Ron. But, the Lord is allowing him to continue to test what is in our hearts, those of us who understand, and I am not seeing Christ coming out.

Mark 12:31
The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."

Proverbs 11:13
A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy man keeps a secret.

Proverbs 16:28
A perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends.

Proverbs 18:8
The words of a gossip are like choice morsels; they go down to a man's inmost parts.

Proverbs 20:19
A gossip betrays a confidence; so avoid a man who talks too much.

Proverbs 26:20
Without wood a fire goes out; without gossip a quarrel dies down.

Proverbs 26:22
The words of a gossip are like choice morsels; they go down to a man's inmost parts.

Romans 1:29
They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips,

2 Corinthians 12:20
For I am afraid that when I come I may not find you as I want you to be, and you may not find me as you want me to be. I fear that there may be quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, factions, slander, gossip, arrogance and disorder.

1 Timothy 5:13
Besides, they get into the habit of being idle and going about from house to house. And not only do they become idlers, but also gossips and busybodies, saying things they ought not to.

3 John 1:10
So if I come, I will call attention to what he is doing, gossiping maliciously about us. Not satisfied with that, he refuses to welcome the brothers. He also stops those who want to do so and puts them out of the church.

Hi Anonymous

There is a big difference between gossip and warning others of a dangerous person. Instead of using a search tool to find verses that contain the word "gossip", why don't you read the testimony of Jesus Christ.

I'd like to bring to your attention the last sentence you wrote in your comment. I've never put anyone out of a church. But Ron has. Anyone who tries to preach Jesus will get the boot from pastor prophet apostle Ron.

As I said at the beginning of this post:

His only purpose in this world is to discredit the gospel of Jesus Christ. ....and he has led many astray.

Jack said, “Ronald Weinland, author and prophet and now a self appointed apostle as well, made a prophetic statement today” and then quoted the fal$e profit (oops, I mean “prophet”) who said, "Many of you here today are not going to be here in a year".

MY COMMENT – When I was 12 years old in the Worldwide Church of God, I wrote in my Sabbath Services sermon notebook in 1969 the following quote that has stayed with me most of my life:

• “There is a great chance you will die in the next three years. When you die, be brave and die faithfully” (January 18, 1969 F. K. Washington, D.C. sermon).

According to “prophets” of the WCG, the great tribulation was scheduled to kick off with a German attack on America in 1972. Weinland’s quote sounds very similar to the sermon quote I heard and wrote in my 1969 sermon notes. Time marches on!

Jack, keep up the good work in exposing the fal$e profit (oops, there I go again – I mean “prophet”) Ron Weinland. You are doing a great service to humanity.

"But, the Lord is allowing him to continue to test what is in our hearts, those of us who understand, and I am not seeing Christ coming out."

It is just possible that the "Lord" is allowing Ron to continue to make huge delusional mistakes within Ron's own mind because "He" gives us free will as a vehicle to allow us to learn?
It is very possible that Ron is not here to "test" others but to test himself, fail misrerably and sometime in the future to finally become less "hard of heart" to allow the Christ our Lord to see his error, allow him to repent his ways, and rejoin the family of God?

Ron is doing much evil, all in subservience to his ego and his desires. It's what "Ron wants" that drives Ron, not what other want or what God wants. It is this "ego" that God, to date, allows Ron to weild and harm himself, his wife, and many others. Why? I suspect God it teaching a rather tough lesson and many people are to learn, Ron most of all.

Poor Ron... there's a bell a-tolling...
