Ronald Weinland, you should read Matthew 9:13

"Go and learn what this means, 'I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.' For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners."

Another Break

Yup, I've been home for two days and I'm going back to the island. There is a huricane off florida and it's going to push some nice warm air up here so I'm going back in to the bush to enjoy the tail end of summer. Then there's the thunderstorm we had and it knocked out the power for an hour or so. On the island we have solar panels which generate free electricity forever. I'll bring my cellphone charger this time, so I can comment and monitor this blog.

Here ya go False prophet Ron. Chew on this:

"By the fall of 2008, the United States will have collapsed as a world power, or it will have begun its collapse and no longer exist as an independent nation within six months after that time." page244 third paragraph of 2008 - God's Final Witness

And there was also something about "you will know that I am who I say I am by things happening exactly as they are written in this book" or something to that effect.

Certain persons by swerving from these have wandered away into vain discussion, desiring to be teachers of the law, without understanding either what they are saying or the things about which they make assertions. (1T1:6-7)
For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own likings, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander into myths. (2T4:3-4)

"1Ti 6:3 If anyone teaches a different doctrine and does not agree with the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching that accords with godliness, 1Ti 6:4 he is puffed up with conceit and understands nothing."

Gal 1:9 As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be accursed.

You PKGers pick up your Bible and start reading on the first page of Matthew NOT the first page of Genesis. Otherwise, you deserve what people like Ron Weinland and televangelists are going to do to you. The end of the Bible is Paradise. The end with Ron is misery. (You don't need a preacher telling you what the Word means. People who are good readers should get up in the pulpit and read a chapter or two from the New Testament, then another person can take a turn. Now that's what I call a church. If such a place even exists.)

How much money have you given this guy over the years? What could you have bought with that money? Did you know that money deposited with a bank, doubles every seven years. A real bank, not an "investment company". Don't feel bad about it. Just stop doing it. Consider it a valuable life lesson. You now have a one up on everyone else. You will never fall for any kind of scam from anyone ever again.

If you stop tithing you will get kicked out. What kind of a church is that? The "work" was already done two thousand years ago. What can any man add to the New Testament of Jesus Christ?

I won't forget my charger, I won't forget my charger, I won't forget my charger.

If you say anything out loud three times, you will remember it. Try it! It really works.

Ron Weinland rejects the gospel. HWA was so emphatic about the TRUE gospel, and that he was the only one who understood it. Armstrong's gospel was not about what Christ did on the cross, but about the kingdom which Armstrong told his followers what they had to do to achieve it. According to HWA, the gospel was a message about the Kingdom of God, not about salvation through faith in Jesus. HWA contorted the gospel to a message of works to earn the right to be in the kingdom. Talk about distortion! He wanted to dip one foot into the old testament and one foot into the new testament. But, he couldn't stand on either. The Gospel is a RADICAL message and is too much for many to accept.

Enjoy your second vacation. Hope it is good as second lunch.

You got that right! Old testament preachers are all the same. They restrict what we can do by imposing limitations based on "the law and the prophets".

Titus Vespasian and his dad are responsible for practically rasing Jerusalem to it's foundations. The Temple's wooden roof was set on fire by the Jew's if you believe the eyewitness account. The treasury and golden and silver relics were taken back to Rome. If you go to Jerusalem today, you will see the temple is not there. How can one bring, or send to the Temple, ones offering?

The law was conquered by Jesus. But this does not mean we are to willingly sin, it means our punishment has already been paid. So if one commits adultery for example, knowing he will be forgiven by the blood of Christ, that person has profaned that sacrifice. (Case in point - GTA "I'm a son of David" while cheating on his wife and sexually assaulting a woman)

However if someone trys to be a good person and fails at one point, and not willfully doing something that is wrong, that person receives grace of forgiveness. It never happened.

Jesus summed up the law in his gospel: Luke 18:20 and elswhere he said "Love thy neighbour as thyself", which defines the entire law and the commandments.

I picked a good one because it also addresses the "sell all that you own and give to the church" twisting of scripture by OT preachers. The guy was "exceedingly rich", that means he was a multimillionare or billionare of his time.

That is aimed at the truly rich, not the common man or even the man with a little wealth. It is one's duty to provide for his own, before any other financial concern. A modern man who owns a home and has 500 thousand dollars socked away for retirement is not in any way compelled to cash in and give to a church, or sell all and give to the poor. Although if he walks by a bum on the street with a cup in his hand and turns away, he is the same as the billionare if he does not put a quarter or dollar or something more in that bum's cup.

It is the ones with unimaginable wealth that need to see poverty, because they have so much that they abuse those under them because they are totally concerned with get and get more.

So there is no requirement to tithe and there is no requirement to read the old testament.

Ever heard that you should not put new wine in old wineskins or patch an old garment with new cloth? It is the same with the old and the new testaments. Why follow Moses and the Levitical priests when you can follow Jesus.

Okay I'll stop babbling now. "Preachers" babble on twisting and distorting, is my preaching babbling?

One cannot know true freedom except in Christ. No one is truly free unless they are Christ's.

It's amazing that this one truth is rejected by so many and reviled by many others (especially Ron Weinland). "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)

And that Name is Jesus. Jesus = YHWH

Any "Christians" care to dispute that?

Does anyone have a English/Ron-glish dictionary so we can look up what "exactly" means? I mean..maybe WE just don't know what it means! Know what I MEAN?

and...don't forget your charger...

In Ronglish the word "exactly" means exactly, but only when it is firts spoken. He used that word as a deceptive pantomime in his sorcery.

His sorcery is telling people what they want to hear, and twisting the words in the Bible to mean something completely different.

Telling a fantasy about the future is unbelievable. But when one seems so committed and seemingly backs up their prophecy with scripture, and then says you will know he is not making this up by things happening exactly as it is written in his book, those who are thinking about this subject of "end times" are drawn in to his trap.

Then he mentions some normal things that happen in the world and when they do happen he says "See! I told you it would happen exactly as I wrote it". But as time goes on, one can only trivialise a recession and a hurricane and a couple of earthquakes that have not happened "exactly" as he said they would.

So Ronglish for exactly is exactly sorcery.

Since Ron believes he is a prophet of God, he also believes that anything he utters can be changed whenever it is expedient for him to do so.

As far as what Ron would have us believe that Ron Weinland speaks ultimate truth. If it doesn't happen the way he says it, then it is because God lied and gave mankind falsehoods to confound people. Ron is just a tool in God's hands to pronounce lies made by God. (I'm not making this up, that's what he has implied)

But, for those who believe in the name of Ron Weinland, consider Hebrews 6:18; "That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us."

God CANNOT lie. If God CANNOT lie, then who is the liar?

Let's consider who is the father of lies: "Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it." John 8:44.

When Ron says that God leads people to believe one thing only to change it to fit his purpose, he is calling God a liar and IMHO blasphemes the Holy Spirit.

Don't get confused by the word sorcery. Sorcery is a bunch of words that are uttered and then the smoke and mirrors magic produces the "magic".

Ron's sorcery is indeed a bunch of cunning words, but he does not use any special effects, just the power of suggestion coupled with natural phenomenon.

Think about before you came across RW. Were there terrorist bombings, volcanoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, recessions, african famines, tsunamii, etc., before Ron became a prophet, one of the two witnesses of revelation, an apostle, the end time elijah, or any future title he bestows upon himself? Those things have happened all my life and before I was born.

For Christians only: The real end time prophecy came out of Jesus' mouth and it won't come slowly, it will happen in a flash. So when the sun goes dark and the moon turns red and there is a real earthquake to level the land globally, then you will see a real prophecy fulfilled. But until then avoid "prophets" like a diseased rotting carcass on the side of the road.

Perhaps he will spiritualise the May 27th coming of Jesus by using his old "coming in the flesh" perversion of scripture. "Yes Jesus has come today. Can you not feel him in your flesh like never before?" Or he could just move into his house in Cham, Switzerland. Maybe he will continue his sermons from his living room instead of travelling from hotel conference room to hotel conference room.

I used to be on the fence about Ron as to whether he was a deluded armstrongite or a con artist for profit. After listening to his message and his tone of voice, I have concluded he used to believe in God when HWA was alive, but he no longer believes in God and he is a con artist for profit. He is proud of himself, thinking he is a very intelligent and cunning con artist. Indeed, he is in the profession that is exempt from most law enforcement.

Only someone who could retain a good lawyer could win a case against him based on breech of contract or promise, to have money refunded. Ron's defense would be they were offerings and gifts to the church. But I say they were offerings and gifts based on a promise of a physical date.

God CANNOT lie. If God CANNOT lie, then who is the liar?

So true. That is what I tell people who ask: If there is a God, why does he allow such bad things to happen, and/or, why does he not just come back now and fix everything?

Because "I'm a man of my word" actually means something to the Almighty. If he said certain things to Satan when he was a beloved creation, how can he go back on his word? God is not a liar.
